The girl working at the time I came in was super nice and professional even though there was a huge line. Smoothie was worth the wait too, it hit the spot.

25 minutes for one smoothie. Girl working the register acted as if me ordering a smoothie was a problem. Nothing like a long wait and attitude for $15 smoothie. Sadly I would not recommend this place at all. Feel like I just threw my cash out the window.

The customer service/greetings are hit or miss. Today one staff person ignored me but thankfully another soon followed and addressed me. And then bowls are too runny for my taste - I would prefer for them to be thicker. I could easily drink a bowl with a straw - they are basically a smoothie. Elsewhere the bowls have a thicker consistency which is better suited for a bowl/to eat with a spoon... Thanks for all the vegan options!!

I ordered online and when I got to the store stood there for roughly 4 minutes before someone was available to hand off my order. There were three people working but none of them helping at the front. When I did get my smoothie it tasted super watered down and wasn’t even a full cup. The smoothie was about an inch and a half from the top.

The 2 ladies working the afternoon of 7/23 have somewhat restored my faith that good people exist. I have been struggling with one of the most emotionally/physically exhausting days of my life, I called before a dr's appointment because I have had a lot of struggles with my appetite and felt as though a smoothie might be the only thing I could hold down. They informed me that they typically don't do phone orders, which is totally understandable. I did briefly explain my situation and mentioned that I was in a hurry and the associate made an acception to help expedite my purchase so I could get to my appt. on time. When I showed up to pay, they had comped my smoothie as a gesture of kindness.
I just wanted to say that that act has earned Nectar a life long weekly customer. The smoothie was delicious as well.

Nothing major, just a small error. I order bananas on top of my smoothie bowl and they were blended in. When I asked, I was told there was a separate button to add them on top. After looking back on my online order, I had selected bananas on top.
