Overall the flavor of the açaí bowl was okay, I feel like the base flavor could have been a bit stronger

Açaí bowl was the way to go today being 99 degrees! Made as I ordered and quickly. Love this place!!

My hubby gave me $$ specifically for Nekter. I have been unemployed since February & recently got a job with the post ofc. My depression has not been good. I ordered an Acai Superfood Bowl with add-ons. Cashier asked if I wanted a build your own bowl: not understanding that everything is blended & with partial hearing loss didn't hear that she had said that. Order came out ALL BLENDED. I mentioned that there was no fruit on top. The. person in charge came over & said (paraphrase) I heard her explain the difference. I responded I didn't hear/understand. Both seemed content with having me eat it. I asked for my $$ back: "we're busy right now". I waited. BTW: the Acai Superfood already comes with veggies. She offered me a build your own acai banana berry-the veggies weren't included but adtl charge. I don't understand why byo was offered. I left in tears: disappointed as the experience was not what I expected. I won't be back. I had been a customer for a long time. The ONLY reason this is not a 2 or 1 is bcuz the order taker offered to make my "order" but I had already waited & Spvr had already said they were busy. Not looking forward to telling my hubby. *I paid cash (which is why I didn't order ahead or use their kiosk option)* **Acai Superfood Bowl: add-ins. Vanilla pea protein. More agave on top. Blue vanilla cashew on top**

Only reason I have an 8 for customer experience was because I didn’t interact with anyone, it was a door dash delivery. But the smoothie bowls are delish and a good size for the money !

The register/POS system used at the Bowles location has been down for days. Only cash or app purchases are accepted, and yesterday this was not working for me at all. I think the product is great, but employees could develop interpersonal skills to demonstrate more warmth toward customers and technological issues need to be addressed. I would also advise all food businesses to value in-person orders 😊, even if they are not as lucrative as in-app orders.

We ordered two bowls with modifications and they both came exactly how I ordered it and they were both DELISH!!!

The acai bowl is pretty good and filling but pricey, the service is 👎 not sure if the employees are not happy at their job or they are not happy because it has customer they have to work 🤔 well, there was no line , I saw that they have at least 4 employees, I only ordered 2 signature bowls, but they made you wait anyway🤷‍♀️ I understand everyone has pressure but pull a long face to customers, it is a "Nah"

My experience is always great here! The food was delivered quickly and still pretty solid for a smoothie bowl. I love Nektar juice bar and will continue to support it as long as i can!

Love your bowls! Treated my coworkers today and our Loss Prevention auditor. He said I was still employed for another year because he loved the bowl so much! Thanks Nekter!

I like to treat myself to your smoothies or bowls once in awhile because they are delicious and have good quality ingredients. The staff has been friendly and helpful each time I've been in.
