I work out across the street at vasa & want to love this place but dang, don’t give them your money. 3 people working, took 20 minutes for 1 smoothie. I don’t understand. The customer service is sooo bad.
Everyone is really nice and welcoming and I am excited to order my fave smoothie because it tastes amazing and healthy every time and not a long wait

Just like everything else in 2026, everyone only posts the negatives. Well here is a positive review from a regular here a few times a week.
This place can be extremely busy, doing takeout and in store ordering, and anyone who spent a second observing would know that. Sure you might wait 5-10 minutes, but it’s not McDonald’s, it’s fresh. They are still very quick consistently, efficient, and make a great smoothie every time!! Everyone has been nice that I have talked to that works here, great customer service while they are working hard

My son and I went in and waited a solid 5 minutes behind a party of two using the 'kiosk' to get their order in.
Then after attempting to place my order *because no one spoke one word to any customer*, the older man making smoothies very rudely said since I had cash and wasn't able to use the kiosk it would be a 'few minutes'. Great, we're at an 8 minute wait to put in an order.
Then when the people behind me asked if I was done with the screen, I said 'Im paying cash and Id like my order to be next in line' to which the older man then scolds me, literally scolds me, for trying to hold up their screen orders and that I need to move so the people BEHIND ME can put in their order.
It was insane. Their technology led way to zero improvement on wait times, so why use it? It was the absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I would say they're moving in the wrong direction here with their screen glorification. Unless of course the AI overlords have given them no choice but to all hail the technology.
In all seriousness, we go to the Nektar in Cherry Hills often and its a great experience every single time. I will never step foot back at the southwest location and will definitely let all our friends in the area know the same.

I always order this smoothie but it was really bad this time :( tasted like nothing with the slightest hint of raspberry which is really disappointing for an $11 smoothie.
