Your smoothie's are delicious. The strawberry banana is my favorite. I stop in at least once a week. The service is friendly and they do a great job. I usually order ahead on the phone app because wait times can be really slow if you don't. It seems like they short staffed.

Only reason I have an 8 for customer experience was because I didn’t interact with anyone, it was a door dash delivery. But the smoothie bowls are delish and a good size for the money !

I come in every day for 6 months now, and I get a Strawberry Banana Smoothie every time. I am 78 years old. The employees are wonderful !! Katie, John, Taylor, Jules, and others are the best workers ever ! Thank you for such great people! I am so thankful for how great John takes care of the customers and the shops.

My son and I went here for the first time and the smoothie was very good, but it took 30 minutes with hardly anyone else waiting. They prepare everything in a back room so you can't see what they are doing, but seems like a really long time when they aren't even cooking anything. We really liked the drinks though, so we decided to try it again a couple weeks later. We will never go back. It took over 40 minutes this time and they made us the wrong drinks. I took a taste and it had banana. I don't like bananas and my son is allergic to them, so we went up and the girl said the accidentally made us strawberry banana smoothies. She asked if we wanted to keep them and seemed annoyed when we said no. They said they would remake them. It took over 30 more minutes to get the new ones. They kept giving others who came after us their orders. I finally had to go up and ask and again she was annoyed. It still took 15 more minutes after asking. We had a steak dinner next door that took less time to order, make, and eat at a sit down restaurant than 2 of the same flavor smoothies took here. They also were very expensive and after they remade them they tasted different than the first time we got them. I think they forgot the cashew milk. They need a Manager there that cares about service. No one even apologized for the error or wait. I sure wish I didn't tip first. I would give zero stars if I could.
My experience is always great here! The food was delivered quickly and still pretty solid for a smoothie bowl. I love Nektar juice bar and will continue to support it as long as i can!

I absolutely love this nekter location. I come here almost every day, literally. I always order online and the team always has my order ready for me before I even walk in the door. everyone is so kind and courteous, especially John. When he sees my car pull up, he gets my smoothie ready for me with a smile. I always see John multitasking and doing a really fantastic job of leading the team. I am so thankful For the level of service and smoothies provided here. Thanks again 🙏 🥤
