Takes forever to order something, their juices are great. But their customer service sucks.

Claims to be a juice bar. Doesn't have beet on the menu lol. Beets are the base for so many different juice blends.

Staff were efficient and considerate despite being quite busy. Love the fresh and healthy options offered. Keep the juices please!

Went here with my son for a juice. First timers. Walked in and stood in line with the other customers. And that's about as far as the experience goes. We just stood there with all the other customers, while 3 employees never acknowledged us, said something like "be right with you" - nothing. 2 were teenagers with ear pods in. Looked at us. Never actually served anyone. Maybe they were working on online orders? Who knows. While we stood there for 10 minutes I did look at the menu and a "mini" is $6.50. So you have to pay an obscene price to be ignored. Delightful! This is a fabulous business model and I am sure the owner will love to hear where their obvious cash burn is going. On a bright note I am sure this will be short term issue as this is clearly a failed business. Great location, though, for someone wanting a soon-to-be available retail space.

My experience is always great here! The food was delivered quickly and still pretty solid for a smoothie bowl. I love Nektar juice bar and will continue to support it as long as i can!

Nekter Juice Bar is pure good energy in a cup! Everything tastes super fresh and real — no fake sweetness, just clean flavor. The staff actually care and help you pick what fits your mood. It’s my new favorite reset spot — feels good, tastes even better. 🍓

Great juices, but unfortunately incredibly slow

I walked into Nékter Juice Bar at 5:30 PM, well before their 6:00 PM closing time, thinking I had plenty of time to grab a couple smoothies. The moment I stepped in, I was met with a disgusted look from a male employee in the back who was doing dishes. A younger female employee with braces peeked out, looked at me, rolled her eyes at him, and disappeared into the back. It was clear they were annoyed I had the nerve to show up while they were still technically open. I almost turned around and walked out—but then I figured that’s exactly what they were hoping for. So I stayed, placed my order, and even left a generous tip out of pure spite. This type of attitude toward paying customers is incredibly unprofessional. If you’re going to close at 6:00, then act like you’re open until 6:00—not like customers are an inconvenience. I won’t be back.

I had ordered 2, 2-day juice cleanses and only received one. I have my receipt. Can I come and pick up the 2nd set tomorrow?

We were hesitant but were very pleasantly surprised with awesome customer service as well as a great selection of fresh juices and smoothies. This Saturday crew was wonderful!
