The girl at the front desk was friendly and fast and the smoothie was yummy!

The smoothies are yummy, however the customer service is lacking - it always seems to take a while to be greeted and longer to be helped unfortunately. And the counters and front area are in need of cleaning every time I visit - in fact, the same bits of debris were on the front counter the last few weeks - of course you want a food service establishment to be very clean - not only where the food is prepared but in customer-facing areas as well - it doesn't give customers much confidence of the hygiene practices throughout the establishment when what they see is dirty and messy...

I ordered an online pick-up at 11:25 that was supposed to be ready to be picked up at 11:50am. I arrived at the store and my order of two smoothies was not ready until 12:15pm. Nearly 30 minutes after the time it said it would be ready for pick up.

I frequent this store. It’s really the only smoothie option in the area. I think they have good ingredients. It’s a bit over priced and the service isn’t great. Often long waits and there has been times where staff has seemed annoyed rather than glad to have business.

This place is awesome great selection of smoothies and even better selection of health shots, ginger is made in house everyday try to stop by every chance I get!

Came in here for the free smoothie offer when you download the app! We were excited to try it. Apparently, you need to wait 48 hours before it kicks in, however. I’m not sure the managers understood that they were about to gain a customer and decided to lose one instead.

Incredibly slow service. Over 30 mins for a smoothie.
Not to mention the suggested tip amounts being absurdly high.
These greedy owners are trying to get customers to pay their employees for slow service.
