Ordered 2 smoothies and it took 25 minutes. Not the fault of the staff-they are understaffed and those that are there do their best to keep up. I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, but this is pretty consistent if there are more than two people in line in front of you.

Used to enjoy coming here after a workout and getting a smoothie, but the service and consistency lately has just been horrendous. 3 times in a row now our smoothie has had missing ingredients in it (not hard to tell when the peanut butter hasn't been added in) and then the service is terrible.
I tried to tell the workers that the PB&J smoothie did not have peanut butter and all they said was that "it should" and that they can't do anything about it. Spending $11 to get a drink that doesn't have all the ingredients, and then getting a shoulder shrug when trying to make it right is terrible. The last experience was the last straw, so we'll be looking elsewhere from here on out.

Way too expensive!!!! Owner is an unprofessional. Not community driven. Other great options daily blend or summit smoothie. The juices are not organic and they don’t even put close to enough of the more expensive greens in the juice.

I ordered online, and while I was waiting in the store, I emailed customer service asking for nutrition facts asking for macros, and BEFORE I even got my smoothie someone responded. I was not expecting a response until at least Monday. 10/10 service

I ordered online to help make the process even quicker, but when I got there, I checked in, and ended up waiting over 20 mins for a single smoothie. It turned out one of the girls had put my smoothie in the cooler without mentioning anything so I was waiting for nothing. Frustrating bc I got nektar bc I wasn’t feeling well and waiting for so long didn’t help. Will definitely think again before ordering nektar in the future.

We didn’t care for the flavor of 2 out of 3 of our smoothies. Considering the price they should have been amazing. One was downright bad (watery, lack of flavor) and one was just ok.
