New online ordering system sucks. This is my favorite Nectar but I won't come back if I have to online order and that is the only way to get a smoothie. Bring back human interaction.

Tiffany!! Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies. This is just temporary. The credit card reader broke and the company does not have parts to send. We have been working dilegently to find parts and get the credit card processing part worked out asap. We appreciate the feedback and have sourced the parts and just awaiting shipping and then programming for the used part. We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope your next experience is a 5-star!
It was the second time in a row that I was missing half of my order and your team took care of making it right. Nektar is my favorite juice and smoothie place and when go-go-going as a mom, it’s the one thing that gets me through my day!

I’ve also been loving the raspberry smoothie but today it was pretty bland like maybe an ingredient was missed.

My experience was great! I used the app and my order was complete and in the chiller box when I arrived. The staff was busy working in the back and someone was able to break away in a timely manner and kindly come pull my order. I love everything I’ve had here especially The Greenie juice. My favorite go to juice and smoothie home away from home!

I ordered a head and the order was ready at the time I selected. My only comment is I had ordered a lot of bowls and smoothies and they weren't labeled so I had to figure out whose was who

I ordered online and my spouse picked up the order. Under other requests I marked “no granola”, because I have an allergy. Typically this request is followed when I order online, but when I opened the smoothie bowl there was granola on top. I had to scrape off about half the bowl to get rid of the oats.

I loved it and the pumpkin pie smoothie is so good! I moved out of state and this was my first time back in a while and I’m so glad that I hit it during the pumpkin pie time! Only thing that made me sad was that I didn’t link my order yesterday to my rewards and they didn’t give me a receipt. I did return today and ordered directly through the app so I could get my points. I will be in town for a couple weeks and plan on stopping in lots to get my fill before heading back home :)
