Fast and quick. First time trying Nekter so I didn’t know you had to ask for your drink. A few team members saw me staying but didn’t say anything until one from the back acknowledge me. She asked if I was waiting for an order and finally gave it to me. The smoothie came out amazing!! Definitely will be back.

The cold brew smoothie I have had many times. This time it tasted burnt and I couldn’t drink any of it.

Hello, I went to the Nekter at 6258 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, CA 92620 around 6:45pm which I learned was 15 minutes before the store was suppose to close. Long story short, I've been there a few times before, but today will be the last time I go to that store. I ordered a 32 oz PB health and a Berry Banana 24 oz for my daughter. Both of those smoothies tasted like chalky water with color... My last time going this place; it's obvious the workers are taking short-cuts. Funny part is I tipped the girl 15% during the payment check-out; last time I do that too

I ordered the PB Health Nut and it was not blended well. I've never had palpable chunks of dates in my smoothie before when I've ordered it... Unless the recipe changed. Anyway, I did not like the texture.

Took over an hour to get my online order of one PBJ smoothie. Workers did not ask for my name or order while I was at the counter.

Typically, I order smoothies and they are wonderful and delicious! This past order however, my smoothie bowls were unfortunately covered with smoothie on the outside. Resulting in smoothie getting everywhere on my clothes and in my car. Additionally, the quality of bananas for the smoothie bowl toppings were not the best. They were overly ripe, brown, and mushy.

Ordered through the app, arrived to the store 10 minutes later than estimated pick up time, and I still had to wait another 5 minutes for my smoothies

I ordered a large peanut butter and jelly smoothie. And I also ordered a peanut butter and jelly parfait with Chia. Both of the time so I asked an associate to please make my peanut butter and jelly smoothie again they both tasted bland and they were both watered or soggy. Not even cold. Both of the time it tasted like it had no banana, just blind. At this point I threw my whole order away to the trash. I’m very sudden about this incident as connectors one of my favorite bars. This location has been very disappointing

The girl who was working this morning was super friendly and gave great customer service! She also makes an amazing smoothie!

Being a local, I have gone here many times despite each visit being sub-par. The customer service is slow and the juices/smoothies come out bland and watered down. As an example, today when I arrived to pick up my online order, I was asked for my name, then left standing for the next 25 minutes unsure if they had even received my order or were working to complete it. The only reason I am giving this place a two-star review instead of a one, is for some of the very few good experiences that I've had here. Needless to say, this will be my last visit.

Greeat smoothie

multiple people standing waiting for mobile orders. one employee was taking orders while 3 behind him were making smoothies. i could see my order be finished preparing and put directly into the fridge. No one would come to the pickup counter to take names, they wouldn’t even make eye contact or respond when we tried to get their attention. the person on the register stepped off the register to help us. why couldn’t the people making drinks do that?

It was good! My health nut pb smoothie wasnt very thick so it was more of just like a drink. in my opinion peanut butter drinks hit particularly different when they need some extra succ strength to drink

It took long to place the order so I just did it on my phone. Crew was very friendly. However, my smoothie was not blended well. Lot of chunks that still remained in my cup.

Smoothie was made on time and perfectly.
