Not enough fruit and granola in the açaí berry bowl

Acai bowl was prepared exactly as ordered. Delicious! My order was ready for pick up prior to the time the app stated it would be ready. The employee was very friendly and immediately assisted me when he saw I was there to pick up my order. Great job!

Love their protein cup of juice and bowl. Great price for one meal.

Waited over 20 minutes for a simple Dragon Fruit Acai Bowl at Nékter, and it still wasn’t ready. The staff seemed cold and unapologetic the entire time. Completely unacceptable efficiency for this type of place. Very disappointing experience.

Acai bowl is too watering

We visit here almost every 1-2 days a week. Location is great, Bowls are healthy and staffs are kind.(especially Aryn :) )

Acai bowl was sooo good and Nadia had amazing service and she was super welcoming and kind I’d definitely recommend and come back here especially for the hospitality from the workers ☺️☺️

I came in and was overwhelmed with all the amazing options, luckily the lovely worker Nadia recommended me the Mango açai bowl and she made it so tasty! She was also so sweet and made my bowl so quick ! I hope to see her again when I come back

Hi. Just ordered an açaí bowl and it was not well blended. Lots of chunks still. Very slow service today. I usually have a nicer experience except for today.

The experience with the staff was extremely pleasant and kind. We were greeting with a smile and quickly given our online order for pick up. We were asked how our day was going and if we needed a bag. The care and commitment to their customers was evident and felt very welcoming. The issues with the actual order became evident when we got home. We ordered 4 acai bowls and 3 of the 4 were missing items. 2 were supposed to have coconut flakes but had none, another was paid for double coconut flakes and extra acai, had neither. Although the order had errors, we would return due to the kind service from the staff.

The bowl was good, but I added pineapple and mango in the app and they weren’t included.
