Great customer service, efficient. Just wish there was a smaller size for the açaí bowl, like kid size. It is always too big for my daughter and we end up having to throw half away.

The app is not the best, but the smoothy and the bowl are so good. I hope there will be more deals.

The staff members we're not very friendly and my bowl was not what I expected. I've been to other Nectar places & they usually fill my bowl with plenty of fruit but at this location, I had the bare minimum. So sad! 😞

Always amazing bowls and ready for pick up when I submit an order through the app. The app can be a little confusing with regards to using rewards when ordering.

Online ordering was easy and my order was ready a couple minutes after the pick up time. Staff greeted me but seemed a little rushed/frazzled, and I noticed that my bowl didn’t have much strawberry or peanut butter. Other locations pack in the bowl with a good amount of toppings, but this one seemed a little on the lighter side.

It's clean, the prices are reasonable, the food is good and the staff is friendly but the wait is sooooooooooo bad. I waited an hour for a bowl and a shake. Update 1, I had to lower to 1 star. Second time recently the bowl was only about 70% full. My last order was yet another hour wait. On top of that the order was customized for no coconut flakes and still had flakes. One protein bowl didn't have peanut butter and they didn't label the bowl to show which one had whey and which was pea protein. Update 2, Raising it to 3 stars as the last few times, things were great and on time. Update 3, Raising it to 4 stars as it is consistently only taking about 20 minutes now to get my order and the bowls are abundantly full. If this Nektar location continues to consistently perform like this, I'll update it to 5 stars and remove the history of what once was.

I'm a huge fan after trying the peanut butter açaí bowl. Super fresh and delicious. I'll definitely come back.

I tried to order on the app but I couldn’t proceed because it didn’t allow me to get another topping instead of pineapple.I called the store and and if I could order a dragon fruit bowl with no pineapple and no coconut flakes,I asked instead of pineapple if I could get banana and blueberries and add agave on top,so I gave her my name and proceeded to order it online .My daughter picked it up for me so when she got home it wasn’t what I ordered,so I called the store,the person that took my order over the phone misunderstood that I wanted blueberries on top and she thought to mix blueberries with the dragon fruit so that’s why the base was dark and no agave was added.she did tell me I could go and get a new one,but we live 15 minutes away.I would like a replacement if possible because I was not satisfied with my order as it tasted different,and wasn’t 100 percent pleased.I understand we can make mistakes,and I don’t want the employee to be in trouble so I need to clarify that please

I ordered the wrong bowl by mistake on the app. She offered to make me the one I wanted. That was really nice of her. Amazing service and the best açaí bowls!

I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were very courteous. Banana Acai Bowl and Pink Flamingo was delicious!

The last 2 visits, I had a very good experience. I placed on order through the app and was greeted and asked for my name and given a status, which is what I usually hope for. On several occasions prior, I stood for quite some time waiting to be acknowledged when there were not a lot of customers, but workers were completing orders and they took some time before asking me my name. Even if my order is not yet complete, if they at least can let me know and I can have a seat, that is greatly appreciated. The Acai Superfood bowl I often get seems to have changed and possibly the number of cut up fruits included is different. Seems like slightly smaller amount of berries vs. bananas and apples, but not sure if that is just how it is being made now. Otherwise, my experience has overall been good. I enjoy the bowls and smoothies and the staff is usually friendly and helpful.

The açaí was less than half of the bowl, and with the fruit on top, it was 75% of the bowl. I was very surprised with how little was given.

My bowl was delicious. I think the amount of food in the bowl may have decreased from previous years but it's still delicious.

Excellent team when I went to get my drink and bowl. It was very good, too.
