I ordered a chocolate açaí bowl with peanut butter drizzle. The location from which I ordered was out of chocolate drizzle and cacao nibs and neglected to add the peanut butter, which I paid extra for.

I got an acai berry bowl and a coffee kickstart protein smoothie but both of them tasted like celery/other greens which was really off-putting. I've never tasted that at other locations.

I ordered 2 bowls and when I got home, both were missing granola; 1 was missing the chia pudding I paid extra for. I called though and was offered a refund in the form of a gift card that I need to go pickup in store. I live close by so it's not a huge deal, but wish there was a more efficient way to get refunded. The worker (I forget her name), was great though, and apologetic, and super helpful.

Fake Reviews. I don’t understand why it takes so long to put fruit in a bowl. Whoever runs this business is doing a terrible job.
I got tired of waiting and left. They can keep my $12 for an açaí bowl. I’ll never come back.

I placed an order online and it said my order would be ready in 15 mins. I got to the store at exactly 15 mins and it seemed like my bowls were ready WAY before that. Because my bowls were like soup. The consistency of water. My granola was soggy. I don’t think they put the bowls into the freezer. It was not a good bowl. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I paid for almond butter on my bowl and it was forgotten. I’m tired of you guys getting my orders wrong. This is the 3rd time.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered the peanut butter bowl and received no peanut butter!!! Are you using a powder?? There was no peanut butter flavor at all!

Great bowls!! Just wish they weren’t so expensive or more coupons were offered. The expense makes it a “special occasion” treat rather than a once or twice a week occurrence.

Everything was great except fast and great quality, I just did not received the cacao nibs in one of the bowls that I was charged for.

Drinks tasted very watery and got ice chunks. The banana was missed in my bowl (or I might have taken it out in my online order by mistake). I am comparing taste to how it was two years ago when I was last in Irvine. I will try out your shop one more time to see how it goes.
