The employees at this location were very friendly and very attentive. I ordered through my app and when I arrived a short time later, I didn’t have to wait long. My Açaí bowl was amazing and made with perfection. Thank you for making my experience a memorable one!

Love the online order option! A few of us at work can order separately and one person goes to pick it up! Fresh and delicious! And love the green apple slices added to the almond butter bowl!

The presentation and preparation of the acai bowls varies a lot, even the serving. This is really discouraging.

Service was fast. The bowls were a little on the bland side this time. We eat them every week from another location, so we were a little surprised. Not sure if it was due to unripe fruit or something else. Just didn’t taste the same.

Great, except the bowls tasted funny. Maybe the bananas? We eat at Nekter all the time .. could not finish them due to the taste.

The customer service provided was excellent. However, this location would benefit in increased staffing. Particularly during the months of April-August. As the weather gets warmer, more people will want to purchase smoothies and fruit bowls. Only having two people attempting to fulfill orders and take orders is simply not effective. Despite being severely short-staffed,the employees did their best and attempted to work as efficiently as possible. From a management standpoint you need to hire more employees or people will go to Starbucks insteads for a cool drink or Ralphs.

My order was placed online and was told it would be ready in 23 min. Order was not complete until 36 min. Store had not even started order when we arrived at expected pick up time. Staff made no apologies and made excuses. Yet customer that came in after us got their orders before ours. Very frustrating to wait almost 45 min from order time for 2 bowls and 1 juice.

My bowl was great! It was prepared fast and it was delicious. The staff is always very friendly.

It was good overall. It took a bit long due to the high number of orders on Saturday but I had no where to go so I didn't mind it. I usually don't like the way they make the Pitaya bowl at this location but this was the first time it tasted very good like the other locations normally make it.

This is the healthiest and best ice cream, juice and the best fruit bowls I come here like everyday. There is something for kids, they have 2 types of ice cream one changes like monthly. So, it is interesting to find out what the new flavors are. For adults the have juices and fruit bowls I am very amazed of this place LOVE ♥️ IT

I got The Açaí Banana 🍌 Berry Bowl with goji berries yummy 😋! Very nice and clean place, with a nice outside sitting area! Very helpful & nice 👍🏻 employees!
