Good online ordering experience smoothies were ready when promised.

I dont usually complain... but I just had THE WORST smoothie ever from Nekter. I ordered a healthy nut with peanut butter - and standard I always get and love. The one given to me had zero peanut butter and tasted like it was made with water as it was so thin and runny. I would have turned around but was already heading to work and could not turn back. I would really like a response and credit for this drink.. as Iol ordered it off the app with a gift card payment. Karena Lee

Nadia is the sweetest, kindest worker I’ve ever met at Nektar. She truly made my whole smoothie experience top tier and the smoothie she made tasted amazinf

I ordered a smoothie and was very clear that I had a banana allergy. The manager that took my order seemed very distracted, holding a laptop open and doing inventory at the same time as taking my order. I repeated several times about the banana allergy and he offered mango instead. I said that would be fine. The order came up but I noticed the barista made it, so I asked her to make sure there was no banana. She was surprised and said oh, I did not see that there was no banana requested. I told her it is an allergy and I’m glad that I asked. She remade my order. The manager was walking around with his laptop so I mentioned to him about the order and my concern for him being distracted. He just said he was sorry. So if you have an allergy, be sure to double check if ordering at this location.

Overall good experience. Young lady (sorry, didn't get her name but has blond hair) that prepared my smoothie is always pleasant and friendly.

Wow! I have never been to a Nekter before and I’m so glad my first experience was at this location. The staff was SO kind and took the time to give recommendations that really paid off—I loved my smoothie! She was right, the pink flamingo with an apple juice base? Incredible. I’ll definitely be back.

I purchased a smoothie on March 14th, and there was a piece of plastic in it. I alerted the associate at the counter and he promptly gave me a new smoothie. He did mention that there is no plastic in the process so there isn’t a good explanation for the occurrence. I will still visit this location and appreciate the service but I also advise a review of procedures. Thanks, Joseph

Moses hooked me up with his favorite smoothie the almond butter health nut. It was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to come back

There place is so good. So respectful to the customers. Especially Areyn, he is so kind. I ordered small size smoothie, but he gave me a large size with granola. Really appreciate it. Thankful.

To be fair the one person working was doing an amazing job, but it seems unfair to customers and employees to always be understaffed. Every time I come here there’s a 20+minute wait for a smoothie. It’s pretty is ridiculous.

nadia was absolutely incredible during my visit to Nekter Juice Bar. she greeted me with such a warm smile and positive energy that immediately brightened my day. she took the time to recommend the perfect drink based on what I liked and made it quickly and perfectly. her attention to detail and friendliness really stood out it is so clear she cares about giving every customer a great experience. The store was clean, welcoming, and my smoothie tasted amazing. Thanks to NADIA, I'll definitely be coming back!

My experience was absolutely amazing. My smoothie was perfect. I don’t think it could’ve been any more perfect than it was. Full of flavor and energy to get me going. It was ready right at the exact time I needed it. The wonderful smoothistas (Baristas of smoothies) were extremely welcoming and very pleasant to do business with.

I love hanging out at the store! Love the Jenga available for us and it always smells great. And all smoothies are delicious and healthy.
