The last 2 visits, I had a very good experience. I placed on order through the app and was greeted and asked for my name and given a status, which is what I usually hope for. On several occasions prior, I stood for quite some time waiting to be acknowledged when there were not a lot of customers, but workers were completing orders and they took some time before asking me my name. Even if my order is not yet complete, if they at least can let me know and I can have a seat, that is greatly appreciated. The Acai Superfood bowl I often get seems to have changed and possibly the number of cut up fruits included is different. Seems like slightly smaller amount of berries vs. bananas and apples, but not sure if that is just how it is being made now. Otherwise, my experience has overall been good. I enjoy the bowls and smoothies and the staff is usually friendly and helpful.

It always takes forever to get a smoothie from here. It's not necessarily because the smoothie isn't ready -- sometimes it's been made and is in the fridge. When I arrive to pick up an online order, the staff are so busy making orders that no one makes eye contact with the people who come to the counter to pick up. Even as staff bring out another smoothie to set on the counter, they literally avoid eye contact and won't ask, "what name is your order under?" The customer service is poor, even though I can see they are working hard to fulfill orders -- they just seem understaffed.

I love the real juices here compared to their counterparts which truly isn't nearly as healthy as these juices/smoothies are. They are more expensive but takes a lot more fruits and veggies to fill a cup without ice cream or ice added! The staff was very friendly and professional! Thank you Nico. I'll be back with my sons!

The smoothies are good but I often go to the lake forest location because they make the smoothies great every time. Woodbury is closer to my house but the same smoothie ends up tasting different each time and is sometimes almost flavorless, so sometimes I’m disappointed. I do wish they were more consistent so I didn’t have to drive farther.

It’s typically a hit or miss at this specific location. Sometimes the drinks take a while even if there are two people working the store. Not sure if they just need to find a better flow on who helps customers and who does the smoothies but there’s always people waiting for their drinks, and or people getting their orders wrong.
