Great experience. Smoothie tasted a little off and it was made again to perfection without hesitation.

The service and servers are very friendly and professional. I love picking up my daily smoothie 😋

The smoothies were very watered down. Not typical Nektar quality.

This used to be my favorite place for juice & smoothies - now it takes them 45 minutes to make a pressed juice, incredible.

This location is SUPER SLOW. they messed up an order of someone in front of me that ordered in person. Seems like someone didn’t show up for work when I overheard them. Whole Foods juice was closed and was going to open later. It would have been faster for me to get stuff done in the meantime and gone back to Whole Foods and order my smoothies there. Either hire enough man power for online and delivery orders along with in person. Or don’t even open for online orders or at least make the online orders realistic in timing. I see the workers trying to divide orders but they were out of order and they made me (an in person order) wait longer compared to others. Go to the quail hill location or somewhere else if u were just dropping by to get a juice or order yours on the app more than an hour in advance. Only order here if you have time to wait not if u have a work meeting coming up. Because my order has multiple drinks, they made mine last just because others would have gone faster. Total wait time was 40 minutes

Hi.. I ordered online for delivery. It went through Uber. Driver was kind but my order was delayed. But my concern is over the packaging. My smoothie arrived with a no seals or tape. I would feel much better spending money on protecting the contents from potential tampering.

Smoothie was very runny. Think there going in to freezer right after being made, guessing it sat for a bit

I got an acai berry bowl and a coffee kickstart protein smoothie but both of them tasted like celery/other greens which was really off-putting. I've never tasted that at other locations.

Had the most pleasant experience with a worker named Ella. She absolutely made my day and served up a bomb smoothie. Great customer service and just the nicest interaction I’ve had in a while

My smoothie wasn’t exactly the way i usually have it made and they offered to remake it for me. The second time around it was perfect!

I love that I can pre-order my smoothie and pick it up on my way home from a workout. I just wish I could put in my order 30 mins before the store opens and pick it up a few minutes after they open. The Woodbury store is always clean and the workers are always very nice.

The customer service was great, but this store ran out of peanut and almond butter, so I was unable to order my PB or almond butter smoothie. The service rep was kind enough to call me and I had to settle for a strawberry banana smoothie, but this store needs to be stocked better. Those two items can be stored for a while and should not be running out of stock. I also wasn’t offered any sort of discount for having to compromise on my order.

I absolutely LOVE Nekter! The staff is incredibly friendly and the smoothies and bowls are SO delicious! The app is easy to use and very convenient. I would definitely recommend Nekter to my friends!

I normally love your products, but this time it was sub-par. I got the Almond Butter Health Nut smoothie, but my drink was very liquid and I don’t think it had any almond butter in it? Something was definitely missing.

Great service, great smoothie. Would love to be able to use Apple Pay here like the Tustin location. I would also strongly like being able to pick up my mobile order from a cooler instead of having to ask an associate. Makes a big difference. Thank you!
