All employees were making orders and not acknowledging anyone picking up mobile orders. Smoothies made were not great - the AB health nut was very think and chunky/chalky with a large ice block in the middle. PB&J smoothie was watery tasting and no strawberry chia at the bottom. This location in particular is consistently not great at all. Closes way too early every night of the week, sub-par quality of products, understaffed typically. This location is in a very upscale area so it’s baffling why it’s not the best of the best

I had to throw out my drink unfortunately. Looked forward the past few days to getting an Elderberry smoothie (which I loved from different locations) and sadly got a watered down drink that tasted like ice and only ice. The PB açaí bowl was less than lack luster as well (very watered down). I won’t be coming back to this location.

The service was slow and the smoothie I ordered did not taste very good. I usually order the same item, Popeyes açai from a different Nektar location and the taste is much better. I won’t be returning to this location.

It was my first time at the Woodbury Nekter. The service and AB smoothie were great except the several hard broken up (mango?) pits in my smoothie which I had to spit out. I tried chewing them up not realizing that they were pits until later. I had been told to avoid going to the Woodbury Nekter, but was later told it had recently improved which seems to be true. But please leave the pits out of the smoothies. Thanks.

This is the first time I don't feel satisfied with my experience with you. I placed an order for a PB and J smoothie but the chia jam wasn't ready, so they gave me a Health Nut instead without letting me know about it (I know it was an online order but I was in the store and let the staff know before they started preparing my order). I would have like to have the option to order something different if what I wanted wasn't available. I kindly suggest you use an inventory program that assists you with letting clients know if any of the ingredients they ordering aren't available at the location they're picking up. Also, I've been ordering the Pumpkin Mousse Chia Parfait every week, the one I got today was off... particularly in the taste of the pumpkin mousse and several of the apple bites - it felt stale.

4 workers took them 12 minutes to make one smoothie. Store was empty. Not blended well either.
