Hello! Usually I have no issues, but this time my order was not ready even though it was confirmed on the app and I placed it an hour before. When I arrived I had to wait for them to prepare my drink and no explanation was given on what went wrong with the timing . The least I would have expected in return would be a coupon for a free smoothie next time.

Ordered a smoothie bowl delivered, same one that I always get. The bowl was made horribly wrong, and tasted rotten. Can't even contact anyone to make a return or get my money back

My entire “smoothie” was juice. I was told it would be ready at 2:15 and picked it up at 2:17 but the “smoothie” was completely watered down.

It took 35 minutes to get a smoothie and a bowl. It was busy, but I did order ahead and i still waited 18 minutes from the time it said to come. Then I got home and realized my husbands bowl wasn’t made correctly- and since each add on is $1, it adds up quickly and it was disapponting to not get what we ordered. Husband took it all the way back, then the manager gave him a hard time and wanted to initially refund him about $7 or $8 for his $16 bowl. Eventually, it was made right and he got chipotle instead. :(

Overall good experience. There were customizations on my order that we did not make but saw it in our order confirmation, for the pb health nut smoothie. Not sure if it defaults like that but that was our only complaint

Great, the barista remade a smoothie for me after I wasn’t satisfied with the quality. Wish I would have gotten her name but she was very friendly and I was grateful for her kindness and customer service.

Not good this time. We ordered a pumpkin spice smoothie. It took them almost 20 minutes to make it and there was no one before us. The smoothie was watery and did not taste anything like pumpkin.

app order, but received a small when I ordered a medium, upon my arrival for pick up, so lady had to re do one of the orders. she grabbed a left over cup with something inside and dumped it into a blender along with the small smoothie from my order. added some juice and ice and blended. not sure what version of the drink I received. and drink ultimately had a large chunk of ice cube inside.
also the two cups I ordered were dripping with smoothie along the sides. she did not wipe it down for me. so I had to grab my own napkins to wipe the drinks down so that my hands aren't a mess, and so that this spillage doesn't get my car all sticky.

The employee handed me the wrong smoothie order. After explaining the issue I saw her go to the back and "remake" my order by some more ingredients into the original incorrect smoothie. Then blend it and hand it back to me. I noticed several other customers had issues with their orders as well.
