I love nekter but this location hasn’t been as good as others I have visited. Our acai bowls and smoothies are more runny and less flavorful. Staff isn’t as responsive/attentive.

People are great! But not all the products (the cold drew smoothie) are in the app… and I wanted to order ahead… so that was a bummer but the people and smoothie was awesome!

Everyone working at this location is friendly. Only one time was I given the wrong smoothie bowl but the manager and other associates (his name was Cameron!) went above and beyond my expectations to remedy the situation. I love Nekter.

My bowl once again was made poorly. It turned into liquid smoothie right after I received it. This isn’t acceptable.

Very inconvenient to not be able to order via phone call. What If you are driving and don't have time to stop and order online. No nekter. Can't get nekter. Losing lots of daily orders. Also online ordering is lacking. Why can't you put more veggies in smoothies?

Really good berry smoothie. I tried the turmeric sunrise smoothie at first but really couldn't do the strong taste of that one. Alex was very helpful and switched it for me. Will be back for more!

My pineapple matcha tasted chalky. It was not my favorite smoothie ever.

my green smoothie had an unusual amount of large and rock hard chunks of something, perhaps fiber or fruit/vegetable stems? Potential choking or dental hazard. It’s my favorite drink/meal but not sure I will go to the Woodbury location for a while.

I forget the lady who helped me- but she was very welcoming. I love the service and the quality of the smoothies. And I really appreciated the fact the lady placed my drinks in the freezer to keep cold rather than letting it sit on the counter to melt. Very thoughtful. Very good etiquette
