It takes a while for the order to show up in store and I think if it is sped up, the time will be shortened. It took me 20 mins to get my bowl and 15 mins to get my bf smoothie. That's really the only bugaboo. The food/drinks and service is great but the app is slow.

I ordered 5 items and only one of the items tasted acceptable. My popeye didn’t have extra banana nor extra agave that I requested and paid for. My peanut butter protein smoothie i took 1 sip and had to throw out sorry for negative feedback

This is the second time i ordered the pink flamingo from woodbury town center and my smoothie is very pale which makes me wonder if the dragonfruit is even there. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from this branch again.

The service is always great, but the quality of the drinks and food has declined in the last month. The last two times I’ve ordered the smoothie was bland and had no flavor and the açaí bowl had no taste at all. Not sure what changed.

I added dates to to my smoothie and they were chunky. They were clogging up the straw. Maybe blend those first so you ensure consistency? I don't like needing to eat a smoothie...

The past few times I’ve gotten the acia bowls at the Woodbury Town Center location they have not been well blended. The smoothie part of the bowl is usually very smooth and tastes really good but lately its been chunky and grainy and not very pleasant to eat. It makes me not want to eat at that location anymore.
