My order took about 20 minutes starting from the time I completed my order. I've came to Nekter and tried acai bowl many times but whoever made my acai bowl didn't make it right, it didn't taste like the usual one. The bowl wasn't even filled up completely. They only gave a half portion of it. It was my first time going to this location, but I don't think I will ever return to this store. I regret the visit.

much improvement today. this was the best visit yet - actually received good service. i only had a question about the color of my drink. i ordered Popeyes Acai but the drink was green. i had email you guys a picture of it as i was informed it was a different acai. it was a green color vs the usual dark purple

I placed a mobile order for an açaí bowl. I arrived at the designated time in my email confirmation yet I still had to wait another 8 minutes. In total the order took 28 minutes to complete.

Changes to the standard order were made & the staff created our bowls to perfection. Always love the fresh fruit & LOVE the new chocolate bowl. Yummy!!

I love this location! They get the right amount of the smoothie base and fruit for my power bowl. So quality is consistent all the time which I love! Especially when I workout I always have the Power Bowl in mind and it has to be perfect (since it’s my reward system). Servers are great and recognize me by name and order (yes I am a regular now lol). Will continue to be a loyal customer to this location because of its consistency in quality.

I’m a repeat customer and have referred family/friends here. Today I ordered the peanut butter bowl ahead and picked up to go after a workout. There wasn’t any peanut butter in it. I’m not sure how it happened and I’ll make sure to check before leaving in the future, but it made for a disappointing visit to Nekter.

While I think the prices are a bit too high, the food is delicious and I enjoyed my acai banana bowl.

Açaí bowl was not good.

Mobile order was not ready at the promised time and even after paying extra for adding berries on açaí bowl, they were not added on. Once requested to add the berries, I was told to show proof of purchase because they were “running low on berries and needed to make sure”. I expect much better service when paying so much for an açaí bowl

The bowls here are pretty underwhelming. Compared to other places there is barley and granola or fruit. It’s mostly all açaí. Paradise bowls makes them SO much better, but Nekter is closer to my house so I usually have to settle for a nekter bowl. Other than the bowl, the customer service is good and the app is great.

Ordered my Popeye Açaí smoothie from your App. Very user friendly! It’s ready within the specified timeframe.

Everything I get at Nekter is yummy and the bowls are beautiful

The açaí bowls this one visit was much smaller than usual.

The bowls are made pretty well, but not as good as other places. Barely got any granola.
