I’ve been an avid Nekter peanut butter açaí bowl customer for years now and have noticed the decrease in quantity but increase in price. I order from the Woodbury location because it’s in my neighborhood but I’m often unhappy with the amount of fruit that accompanies the bowl.

I loved it! My pickup was quick and easy, staff was polite and friendly, and my bowl is delicious. Love the Woodbury location.

This is the THIRD time I have received my order (açaí superfood bowl) WITHOUT blueberries and apples. For 11.00 I expect it to be correct. It is after all, their JOB. I love Nekter but sometimes this location makes me not want to spend my money there.

it was convenient to order online and my order was ready with a friendly greeting. I enjoy the location and cleanliness of store. Bowls and drink were fantastic

I had a problem with the bowl I received for my pickup order and when I said I wasn't happy they made me a new one. I am very thankful for that and the staff was very kind to me, apologizing for the inconvenience and re-making my bowl right away. I appreciate that.

Food was good, like always. Picking up was quicker than ever but the cashier/worker seemed very unengaged. He pretty much gave me the bowl and that was it. He didn’t seem friendly, but he was not rude or disrespectful.

This açaí bowl tasted watered down and runny...I get these all the time at different Nektar locations ... and the cup was barely half full. Not satisfied today.

Im a regular at Nekter and always get the Peanut Butter Bowl. This time the amount of product in the bowl was significantly less than normal. Ive noticed that the amount of product given at this location varies significantly from order to order. Not sure why that is? But for over $8/bowl, I'd hope that the bowl was filled every-time. I placed my order on my app, which I love. I order an acai bowl and two packaged juices. The store didn't receive my order for the juices, apparently, even though it was the same order. They corrected the issue, but I suggest looking into your app.

I love neckter, sadly this location is much slower than others. This one is near my house but the one at UCI is much faster. I order through the mobile at so it's quicker and it almost feels slower. All the employees are ALWAYS very nice so I definitely don't want to complain or blame them. I definitely have to wait at least 20-30 minutes every time I visit. Especially for an acai bowl vs a juice. If that could be improved, awesome!

Prices have greatly increased over the past year. Size of bowl has shrunk, uses way more granola than in the past and lower quality fruits as well. I used to think it was an ok value, but not anymore. Better off juicing at home.
