Service was okay. I wished you would take orders over the phone and save time because it takes so long to wait in the store for Acai bowls. I tried calling it in.....was told I had to order on the app. Still the order took 20 mins.

I had to go back and get another bowl because this bowl was wrong it was missing items and not made correctly. This has happened a lot lately so I might try another acai bowl place because I'm tired of getting my bowls fixed from this location.

The açaí bowl was liquidy when I picked it up and there was really not much in the bowl. Surprised, since I get these all the time!

Woodbury location Nekter is not my favorite. The Granny Smith apples were soft an mushy. The quantity of the açaí and toppings are always less than the other locations (market place, orchard hills, quail hill). The only I come to this location is because I live in woodbury.

I really like all your product except when the is no mango in the mango bowl, it’s my second time that it’s happened in my orders.

Service is great! Bowls are never made the way that’s advertised, though (always missing toppings that are supposed to be on there or toppings that were requested)

My wife got the wrong bowl from our mobile order. But with the social distancing guidelines, we decided to just leave it and chalked it up to the current crisis.
