I love Nekter and try to stop by a couple times a week. I would say the only downfall is the online orders. Today for example, I ordered the peanut butter bowl with an added layer of yogurt and chia pudding but didn’t get that when I picked up my bowl. I try to not order online for the most part due to these mishaps. Overall it’s a great place and my in-store orders and customer service have always been very pleasant.

Have always enjoyed Nekter and all their products. Just recently, however, my order that was scheduled for delivery was delivered with my order items not being labeled to differentiate which order was which. I had put in a customized order due to food allergies but because the acai bowls I had ordered were not labeled and they all looked alike, I could not be sure of which one was the customized one and so one person in our family could not eat their order due to the potential risk. That was very unfortunate and I was disappointed with my order and experience in that sense. I would just recommend that to-go and delivery orders be clearly labeled just as a regular practice for orders with more than one item so that these kinds of issues can be avoided. Thank you.

Bowl and smoothie were delicious and ready when I arrived. I placed my order for immediate pickup but forgot I had to go to the grocery store next door first, so my order sat around and waited for me for almost an hour. Nectar kept it cold and in the freezer and it was perfect when I finally did pick it up. Thanks!

The staff today was pretty rude. I come to your store about 2x a week. I ordered my bowl on line. They seemed very imposed by me being there. No thank you, just very rude.

My order didn’t have the almond butter that I asked for. Also, the process for pick up should be reviewed. Everyone is making orders and no one is available to help with pick up. It’s very expensive so feel like the product and service should be top notch. I do love the acai bowls though!

I paid $3 extra to add extra granola, whey protein and ‘greenie up.’ I didn’t receive extra granola, and there were no greens added to my bowl. I don’t know about the added protein but I am guessing since the first 2 extras weren’t added that the protein may not have been as well.

There have been multiple times that my bowl order has not been made right. Added ingredients missing. Essential ingredients missing. Etc.

I ordered my usual bowl and noticed a snack section of the menu had the blue chia parfait in it, so I ordered one of those too. When I got the store to pick up, the girls handed me my bowl and turned to leave, but when I inquired about the chia pudding, she said it wasn't on my order. I showed her my email confirmation and she said "oh, well we don't make that anymore, it's not something we offer." and started to walk away again. I said I'd paid for it and asked if I was going to get a refund. She then begrudgingly went over and started putting on gloves and said she'd just go ahead and make it for me. I shared that I only ordered it because it was an option in the app and she and the other girl there both complained that corporate hadn't updated their end of things yet and that since the bowls with the blue chia was discontinued they wouldn't be doing the parfaits anymore. Meanwhile, there was a big sign advertising adding the blue chia to any bowl, so it was very confusing as to why some blue chia with a few blueberries and a strawberry was such an ordeal. My bowl was also not very well blended, large chunks of green leaf throughout.

My partner and I both really enjoyed our bowls in this order. We ordered the same bowl but I had a few variations & the store was great about making a note on the lid which was which. Both bowls were very well made and we both said it was probably the best bowl we've had in a while. Thanks for keeping us well fed and healthy.
