Location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a full bowl, sometimes you get one half to three quarters full. Gets a little tiring when you have to proactively caution the preparer on it every time “just in case”. It’s much easier going to the Tustin location where the staff is better trained on consistency. Noor worked hard to fulfill QC last visit there. Thank you Noor.

I love nekter but this location hasn’t been as good as others I have visited. Our acai bowls and smoothies are more runny and less flavorful. Staff isn’t as responsive/attentive.

The wrong bowls were made. We ordered Açaí mango bowls and after I picked them up we realized they had given us Pineapple açaí bowls instead!

Anytime I’ve ordered using the app, my order always takes quite a bit of time. Because of this, I arrived 15 minutes after the app said the pick up tune was and my order still hadn’t been started. I’ve come to expect long delays. I do love the bowls.

Workers made eye contact but ignored me. One girl just went straight to the back and looked like she didn’t want to be there. Another girl was just wiping counters and taking her time with that. Only one girl was busy and making an açaí bowl, but was the only girl who asked if I was helped.

Everyone working at this location is friendly. Only one time was I given the wrong smoothie bowl but the manager and other associates (his name was Cameron!) went above and beyond my expectations to remedy the situation. I love Nekter.

My bowl once again was made poorly. It turned into liquid smoothie right after I received it. This isn’t acceptable.

I had ordered peanut butter bowl and had no peanut butter at all in it. I couldn’t return because in my way to meet client. Unfortunate because that’s my favorite bowl 😔

Since moving to Southern California, I was beyond excited to be in a place with tons of açaí bowl options. With that being said, Nektar's quality and customer service far exceeds the other local options. Will always recommend to friends and family!

Love the bowls. Bummer that they were out of strawberries.
