Great job with our açaí bowls!

Both bowls were still being prepared/finished when I got there, no problems. But when we got home to eat them, both bowls were very soupy like a smoothie and not the thicker bowl consistency I've had before. We live just around the corner so it was not a lengthy drive home, 3 mins max. I was looking forward to having scoops of bowl + yogurt & toppings but had to stir everything together since the acai blend was so liquid. Not sure if there was something left out of the bowls to make them thicker. I had to eat/drink it quickly since it was so soupy.

The bowls have less amounts in them at the Woodbury location, which is really sad!

Amount of food in bowl seemed much less than usual. There was a good inch and a half if not more that was empty within my acai bowl container.

Protein bowl missing peanut butter. Peanut butter a main component of the bowl considering it provides a good amount of protein as well.

I ordered a mango bowl by mobile order. Got home and there was no mango in it. It's fine if they run out, but can they tell me???

Did not label the lid on açaí bowls. One was GF and not labeled.

Walked in and gave them my name for p/u. The gentlemen making drikns in the back acknowledged me. Told me it would be a minute. Gave my name to the girl over on the side pouring drinks. That girl never acknowledged me. She then went to the back and wash dishes. Meanwhile my bowl sits in the fridge. Almost 5 min later the girl comes back with the clean blender pitchers. She still does not even acknowledges I'm there. The guy went to the fridge to get my bowl. The girl is customer service deficient and needs some additional training or should consider another job where she doesn't need to interact with the customers.

Usually very good, but looks like they skimped on the fruit toppings of the açaí bowl this time.

Normally my experience with my local location is great. At this Irvine location I did a mobile order and none of the modifications to my açaí bowl were made per my request. Missing the blueberries, apples weren’t removed, dates weren’t removed. One of our bowls was only half filled compared to the other which should have been the same size. Also, the employee behind the counter was not wearing a mask when it is required in our area. I would not return to this location and wish I could have had my order remade as it should have been.

Our bowls were great! However, one order was wrong and the employee was not wearing a face mask upon pickup. Thank you!

I had ordered an Almond Butter bowl. However when I got home and started eating this I noticed there was no almond butter in the bowl.

It takes a while for the order to show up in store and I think if it is sped up, the time will be shortened. It took me 20 mins to get my bowl and 15 mins to get my bf smoothie. That's really the only bugaboo. The food/drinks and service is great but the app is slow.
