Açaí bowl reviews · Nekter Juice Bar - Irvine

Given everything going on i understand if you are short on ingredients but I purchased the superfoods bowl because i wanted the toppings and inside ingredients. On top there was no goji berries, no cocao nibs, no chia seeds and i didnt even see them blend greens into the base. this is the 3rd time this has happened with nektar and I might be taking my business elsewhere next time. Please advise. If theres anyway to accommodate for this, it would be greatly appreciated!!

The service is always great, but the quality of the drinks and food has declined in the last month. The last two times I’ve ordered the smoothie was bland and had no flavor and the açaí bowl had no taste at all. Not sure what changed.

My mango bowl didn’t contain any mango

Team members were either too busy, they didn’t even greet me. The Protein bowl I ordered, I requested for pineapple, mango and extra banana and I didn’t get them.

They are always super friendly and their açaí bowls are delicious!

The past few times I’ve gotten the acia bowls at the Woodbury Town Center location they have not been well blended. The smoothie part of the bowl is usually very smooth and tastes really good but lately its been chunky and grainy and not very pleasant to eat. It makes me not want to eat at that location anymore.

Everything was great except the estimated wait time for two acai bowls was 24 mins. Middle of the week day, 2:20pm order time. Just struck me as odd as I never needed to wait that long in person.

I placed the order for the wrong store, so I never picked it up and so ended up paying for a bowl that I never received :(

It was great! My pumpkin almond bowl was delicious!

Bowls seemed to be filled with crunchy ice crystals rather than the ingredients we expected.

I was a little disappointing because my order (acai bowl) was barely half of the container.

Really appreciate the staff. Very welcoming. The product is always delicious. My only feedback is the new staff tend to give smaller portions. My bowl was only filled 2/3 of the way.

Forgot the coconut on my pumpkin bowl Forgot the almond butter on my mango bowl-which I paid an additional 1.00 for. Also, bowls are only about half filled. I’ve never had ones this small before; regardless of location. This is the third time I’ve emailed with problems I’ve received at this same location. I am so annoyed. I love Nekter but for the money I spend there I expect it to be correct. This is beginning to irritate me and makes me not want to spend my money there. That’s over 50.00 in bowls that have been ‘wrong’ with forgotten items/butters/and or fruit. Perhaps the staff needs some touch up training.

I go to Nekter about once per week and typically have a great experience. Unfortunately this visit the pumpkin almond bowl was very poorly made. It was icey and runny. There was no pumpkin flavor to it, it basically just seemed like cashew milk blended with ice.
