My immunity bowl was missing the chia pudding layer. So it was not correct.

Everything was pretty quick and efficient. This site didn’t have Pitaya for one of the bowls, but they substituted açaí instead.

Good bowl, but was given container and bottom was full of fruit and a sticky substance. It was a mess and stained the seat in my car

One time we showed up and the location was closed an hour before it was supposed to. Another time, the wait time was nearly 25 minutes for an açaí bowl and we were nearly late for our second soccer game. I’ve been to several locations and this location seems to struggle to keep up with customer volume.

Ordered the banana Berry bowl (split) it was not closed properly and the juice was all around the container…not very happy with the order. We end up throwing it away

It was my mistake for not mentioning my name in the beginning but I had talked to two of the workers twice about the online order and one of them were just being very short with me. She said she never received my ticket but the bowls she gave me weren’t that cold- as if they’d been sitting there. She had an attitude, and even though they were busy, they could have done a better job at communicating.

The app said it would be done at 4:06pm, but when I go in to the store, the cashier is friendly, but the bowl is not done until about 5 minutes later.

I placed a mobile order, however this store does not have a self pick-up refrigerator, so I had to wait in line before I can talk to the cashier and pick up my already made bowl. I saw the other Nekter store has a mobile pick-up fridge and it is super convenient.
