Ordering was easy and it was ready on time. I did find a couple of ice chunks and banana chunks in my pumpkin bowl.

Great experience! I used my app reward to buy 2 bowls and get 1 free. I ordered and scheduled it for pick up, but ended up arriving 20 minutes early. Lucky for me they were already making my bowls and I only waited a few minutes. The girl at the register was very polite and easy to talk to. I will return soon. Thank you for the great experience!

I always order ahead and come in 5-10 minutes after the app says my order will be ready so service for me is quick. My only 2 gripes are sometimes I'll get a bowl and the bowl is only 3/4 full and other times I get a bowl and it's full so not sure if that's just an employee thing or a company thing as I know companies are trying to save on costs. My second gripe is with the app as the points I accumulate aren't automatically entered into my app even though I order through the app. I have to get the receipt every time and manually enter the code into the app because 9 times out of 10 the code won't scan. Other than that everything is good. People are always nice and helpful and the stores are always clean

This is my favorite Nekter location. I'm never disappointed with my drinks or bowls. Also, my order is always quick.... whether I order in the store or mobile order.

Experience and service was fine however taste of bowl was not the greatest. It’s either a hit or miss. Today it did not taste like it was made correctly

So yummy and friendly staff! Would love if the peanut butter açaí bowl was a bit more peanut buttery (when I go to other nekter locations it is) :)

Nectar is Amazing. I always enjoy my bowl:-)

Juice is ok, but the bowl is not good, blended with too much ice.

The bowl was ok but the protein drink was all watery on the top and not mixed at all on the bottom. The cashier could not help me verify the balance on my gift card as I had to buy an additional item just to get the amount. I like Nektar and will continue to be a client but recommending this location is not something I would currently do.

I ordered my bowl to be ready at 4:15 and it wasn’t ready till 4:35.

We online ordered two bowls and both only had banana on them. My daughter picked up and was very disappointed. I had to drive back and ask what happened to all the fruit. We buy so many bowls- and have never run into this issue. I should have been notified if something was out! I would like a discount for having to correct this error.

To be honest… it was an expensive mistake…the drinks were not good at all… we couldn’t drink them… the acai bowl was ok… unfortunately since we picked the drinks… we didn’t complain for a refund… but the descriptions were not acurate…

Açaí bowl was runny. Not a good consistency.
