The service was slow and the smoothie I ordered did not taste very good. I usually order the same item, Popeyes açai from a different Nektar location and the taste is much better. I won’t be returning to this location.

My experience was fine. I did an online order and it was not ready at pick up time. Taste was also just fine not great. I ordered a protein bowl and it was watery and fruit not the best. I’ve had better in the past from the same location. All in all, I like Nekter so I would go again and still recommend it.

The staff was friendly and kind, I really appreciate that. My feedback is about the portion size. I have ordered from Nekter Irvine Blvd 3 times, and all 3 times, the portion was smaller, and the acai bowl runnier compared to those in Tustin, Quail Hill or UCI. Hopefully there can be some consistency from store to store. Thank you for your time.

Every time I order from here it always took way longer than I anticipated. This time I order 30 mins before I came and it still was not ready. I try not to come to this location if I can help it, even though I live in this neighborhood. Also the options for the bowl are so minimal, unlike other açaí places.

This location is very close to my workplace so it’s very convenient to me. I order very often at this location, the orders are usually correct but today for my açaí bowl, they didn’t get it right. I specifically chose no bananas on top and when I picked it up it did have bananas on top, I couldn’t stay to wait for another bowl cause I had to rush to pick up my kid from school.

Every time I go to this location they are always understaffed and my açaí bowl was the wrong one. I didn’t realize it till I got home and noticed they never added the peanut butter to it.

Seemed understaffed. Only 2 people out front, both blending and making bowls. There were customers waiting at the register and also a couple of people waiting to pick-up including myself. My bowls were not ready on time. Not sure if it happened to be a busy time, or if it’s being understaffed.
