they ran out of bowls - gave me my acai bowl in a large cup - impossible to eat - had to move it to my own bowl - it doesn't taste good - skimped on toppings & granola - 1/2 what I usually get.

I was hoping the Woodbury location would redeem themselves. I gave it another try. I ordered a pb and almond butter bowl. The bowls were prepared without green apples and bananas. When I asked, the response was they’re out of green apples but will check the back for bananas. Meanwhile, I look over to see a whole container of green apples. I appreciate them correcting the order… including the bananas AND green apples. Presentation was subpar (sliced fruit). The containers were also mislabeled. I love Nekter. Unfortunately, I will not be revisiting the Woodbury location.

The experience today was sub par compared to past orders. We ordered 3 bowls and two of them were half size, I believe because of a lack of ingredients. We were told that they were out of fresh strawberries, but no equivalent substitution was offered. I think if ingredients are out of stock, a notice should be shown before ordering, or a substitution should be offered. We are used to a better standard from Nektar.

I expected to get what I ordered and I didn’t get that..my bowl was supposedly to have strawberries,blueberries,and banana and when I picked it up,there was no strawberries.I asked the employee about the missing strawberries and she told me they ran out.I believe if there is something that the store doesn’t have available then we as customers should know when we place our order on the app or in person.

I asked for special requests on my bowl on the app which was not fulfilled in the order.

rude service and my açaí bowl was made so haphazardly. really disappointed, at other locations I have had much better!

I did a mobile order and it took an HOUR! Now, I realize a special event was going on in the area, however, an hour was a bit much! Then to top it ALL off, I didn't get the right order!!! I ordered a peanut butter bowl w/ blueberries added and neither were in my bowl. :(

I had to throw out my drink unfortunately. Looked forward the past few days to getting an Elderberry smoothie (which I loved from different locations) and sadly got a watered down drink that tasted like ice and only ice. The PB açaí bowl was less than lack luster as well (very watered down). I won’t be coming back to this location.

I ordered a pink flamingo and pretty much got a pale pink water with strawberries in it. Açaí bowl was soup. Not good at all.

Great, quick service! The bowl I received was prepared to perfection, ingredients were beautiful.

perfect! when i walked in store today, the associate working acknowledged I was there, asked for pick up name and brought out bowls ordered. the bowls today looked great too. have had in past bowls that didn't look full and presentation wise not appealing.

Well, they couldn’t locate the order I placed online to pick up at 11:30. I arrived at 11:30, and it turns out it was sitting on the counter, already getting soupy (three banana berry bowls). We ordered 2 extra granolas, got one, one bowl was only a little over half full, and we requested a spoon, but did not get it. Everything was correct on the receipt - the order wasn’t.
