The team at this location is so friendly and helpful every time! It was super busy when I went in but the hustle from the employees was very impressive!! I ordered the PB&J bowl and a buzz and both were outstanding!!!

Couple of comments. (1) For some reason, your Google Pay tap with AMEX seems to not work (and has not been for months). I have to order on the app instead each time. (2) This time the banana was left off my acai bowl.

My bowl was almost frozen, I couldn’t get my spoon into the mix without jabbing. Didn’t know if you changed your recipe but it was too much like a frosty. I love your products and this is the first time I’ve responded

The service was prompt and efficient, and overall, the quality of the products was great. However, there was a small issue with our orders—both times we received the wrong açaí. The first time, we ordered mango açaí but it didn’t include mango, and the second time, we received peanuts and pineapple instead of what we expected.

What a horrible experience. So understaffed. It took 20 mins to get a bowl with no one else here. Just online orders and one employee who was rushing so much she made half a bowl. I feel bad for the employee. The owner must be cheap. I won’t be back

Good experience bowl ans moothie were ready before estimated ETA, bathroom was tidy and large jenga was fun to play for a few minutes. Would highly recommend other big oversized speedy games like tik tac toe or connect 4.

Overall it was a good experience. If I could make one recommendation it would be to ensure the bowls are filled to the top. That was my only disappointment with the experience. I felt like my bowl was skimpier than normal.

This time the order came out perfectly. The dragonfruit bowl did not have any of the coconut flakes as requested.

To be honest, the açaí was watery at the bottom of the bowl. Consistency not good.

I keep opting to remove the coconut flakes from the dragon fruit bowl and the staff keeps leaving it on.
