I ordered thru the app, then when I got there, they only had one of the 4 juices I ordered and I had to pick something else I really didn't want.
If its out at the store, I shouldn't be able to order it

Very slow, I went to the store 30+ mins after I ordered but the juice was still not ready, and no one was acknowledging me when I asked. Nekter is a great brand, I love the juice, but this store's service really suck.

Other locations have better customer service and offer more delectation for juices. Maybe staff was having a bad morning. :)

Tremendous! Asked for ice to be added after the fact. Your server suggested blending. Then stared let me put this in a bigger cup, then looked at the mixture after blending and stated “ let me thin this up for you and added a little juice” there that will make it more liquid and drinkable! What a great attitude he displayed the whole time.

I placed a large order through the app for a cleanse pick up. I arrived at the store and not only was my order not ready but they had no idea what my order was. I had to show them my app for them to put my order together. They were also out of 4 if the juice bottles I had ordered. Pretty bad experience.

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, they could not understand the name I was giving them. I know I have a bit of a complicated name, I was specific on what name he should be looking for "Lechelle, it starts with an L not an M". But he did not bother to listen, instead he repeatedly opened the same fridge. Maybe to see if my order would magically appear. He proceeded to say they did not receive my order and once I showed them my email confirmation he reprinted the order details and begin to remake my order stating that they gave it away to a doordash delivery driver. I specifically chose order pick-up so I am unsure why my order was given to a delivery driver. There was no apology or solution to the issue other than remaking my order where I had to wait another 10 mins. As a new resident to the neighborhood I was looking forward to regularly coming by for my morning juice fix. However, I don't believe I will be coming back.
