Love that you give extra juice on the site whne I order a giant drink :)

I wish there was a way to request extra ice on the mobile order system. Also the Greenie start separating after a few minutes. The water separated from the green particles in the juice - which I realize happens, but not so quickly. This never happens to the ******** I order from the Irvine Campus location.

I feel like juice is not always consistent. Sometimes my juice is sweeter than others and two times out of my daily ******** has the juice been so sweet that it was undrinkable. Kinda a bummer bc I already left the store and had to throw it out. The staff is super friendly, esp. the manager. He always has a smile on and gives great hospitality. I once asked the cashier what if the healthy chips tasted good and the manager allowed us to open a bag and have all the staff try it so they would be able to answer next time a customer asked. Personally, not a fan of the chips but I come everyday after the gym for a greenie. Great location. Another thing, once I ordered a juice in advance on the app and I arrived to the store and the staff hadn’t even started making my juice when I arrived. So I no longer order juice on my app since it takes the same amount of time to make anyways. Not a major drawback, I still come here everyday and would recommend it to all my friends.

I placed an order online in the store as a test of my registration. I didn’t know how many orders were ahead of me because of that. The juicers were busy and very polite. I will be back.

Nice place to get juice or a smoothie. They have good options and also serve ice-cream flavors which changes every 3 weeks or so. Right in the Woodbury market place where parking is also ample.

I felt that the prices were very expensive. If the prices were less, more customers would come. It’s only juiced fruit and veggies.

Juice was a little slushy today- didn’t taste as fresh and smooth as other locations I’ve been .... Do they use frozen fruit??

I ordered my juices through the app and when I got there the location was busy but one of the team members checked in with me and got my order ready really quickly. He was very polite and provided great service!

My order was placed online and was told it would be ready in 23 min. Order was not complete until 36 min. Store had not even started order when we arrived at expected pick up time. Staff made no apologies and made excuses. Yet customer that came in after us got their orders before ours. Very frustrating to wait almost 45 min from order time for 2 bowls and 1 juice.

I was surprised to have my juice within 5 minutes of ordering. However, I do suggest to have a dedicated cashier rather than a cashier/juicer.

I wrote when the store opened about slow service so it’s only fair to write and write about the great improvements. I think Nekter is the best juice provider in a market that’s gaining momentum. I live nearby and am very happy to have Nekter in the neighborhood!

This is the healthiest and best ice cream, juice and the best fruit bowls I come here like everyday. There is something for kids, they have 2 types of ice cream one changes like monthly. So, it is interesting to find out what the new flavors are. For adults the have juices and fruit bowls I am very amazed of this place LOVE ♥️ IT
