While I really like you guys I was disappointed today. Ordered online & arrived at my pick-up time and one of the juices was not made. Had to them wait while they made the last juice of our order.

The juice was watered down with cucumber. No taste at all . Sorry to say this though

This time was good. My mobile order was already ready when I walked in. Last time though, I wasn't so happy because I couldn't apply the 50% off of my juice from the mobile app.

I placed my order on my app, which I love. I order an acai bowl and two packaged juices. The store didn't receive my order for the juices, apparently, even though it was the same order. They corrected the issue, but I suggest looking into your app.

Staff is always friendly. Green juices are always very fresh. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations where the green juices don’t look fresh. The Woodbury location is my favorite!

No Isidore. Everything was correct and got my juice in a timely manner.

We decided to switch our normal go to juice spot up and the guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful by giving an honest opinion on his favorites and even recommended switching the tropical smoothie with coconut juice instead of cashew mild and it was so good!

I love neckter, sadly this location is much slower than others. This one is near my house but the one at UCI is much faster. I order through the mobile at so it's quicker and it almost feels slower. All the employees are ALWAYS very nice so I definitely don't want to complain or blame them. I definitely have to wait at least 20-30 minutes every time I visit. Especially for an acai bowl vs a juice. If that could be improved, awesome!
