My entire “smoothie” was juice. I was told it would be ready at 2:15 and picked it up at 2:17 but the “smoothie” was completely watered down.

Best juice I’ve ever had :)

For 1/29 purchase, Juice amount was so low below the lid like an inch. I paid a large but got like regular size amount. I asked to sub the red apples with green apples but was informed no green apples. Then I saw a big whole bucket of green apples sitting right next to the red. I don’t think the staff changed her gloves after using the cash register and started juicing using the same pair!

Great service, vey nice employee attitude and of course the great taste of the healthy juices..

Juices are great and staff is very nice but the speed is pretty slow. I placed an order 30 minutes in advance and showed up almost 10 minutes late from when my order would be ready and waited for 10 minutes after being late. I try to give a buffer so I don’t wait 15-20 for my drink when it would be ready but still ended up waiting. I don’t feel inclined to go as often due to the wait times even when I give a buffer knowing how long it’d take. I’ll feel more comfortable going more if the order was done at the time stated when placing mobile orders.

It was better in the past, the juices does not taste as good as it used to for some reason, and today I payed for extra chia seeds in my drink but they forgot it.

app order, but received a small when I ordered a medium, upon my arrival for pick up, so lady had to re do one of the orders. she grabbed a left over cup with something inside and dumped it into a blender along with the small smoothie from my order. added some juice and ice and blended. not sure what version of the drink I received. and drink ultimately had a large chunk of ice cube inside. also the two cups I ordered were dripping with smoothie along the sides. she did not wipe it down for me. so I had to grab my own napkins to wipe the drinks down so that my hands aren't a mess, and so that this spillage doesn't get my car all sticky.

Ordered the banana Berry bowl (split) it was not closed properly and the juice was all around the container…not very happy with the order. We end up throwing it away

My juice had been ready and waiting for me (I ordered online and was late picking up), however when I go there, I couldn’t get any service (no one to hand me the juice). I waited at the pick up counter a while and was completely ignored. Then I waited at the order counter for a few minutes before one of the three girls working said, we’ll be with soon, without even looking at me. Finally, after waiting longer after that, I said, “I’m just picking up.” A girl finally comes from the back to help me, but can’t find my juice and has to look in a few different locations to find it. This was my worse experience at Nekter by far!! No problems at the other locations.

Great store and products. Staff was great and extremely friendly. One thing to work on could be completing orders in a timely manner. I had to wait twenty minutes in store for a juice that was placed mobile fifteen minutes prior to when I arrived.

I ordered online a juice from your menu when I want yo store to pick up they told me we don’t have it anymore ! So why you put it in your menu?!

Always a great experience. I come frequently to Nektar as I’m pregnant and the juice provides good nutrients that I can’t get as efficiently elsewhere due to my work schedule.
