This location always has only one person working, if they are making an order they will not acknowledge customers who walk in until they are done, not even a "hi I'll be right with you" ... they should have one person to make orders and another to work the register. Its frustrating when placing an online order because I still have to wait for them to even acknowledge me and last time another person was waiting to order so I had to wait for the worker to finish making an order, then wait for the person to order, then wait for their order to be made before I could even tell the worker I had a pickup order. There is no reason there shouldn't be a separate pickup line or another worker to acknowledge customers. I understand this is a management or staffing issue but the worker who is there could do better by acknowledging at the very least.

I only came here twice but today was terrible 😭 I asked to substitute the vanilla chia pudding with he strawberry jam chia pudding and he checked to see if there was enough. He said okay and all was good until he gave me a cup that was not even full to the half line. He gave me only a little bit to coat the bottom of the cup and thought that was acceptable to give to me when i paid like $7 plus tip man. He could’ve just said he didn’t have enough and asked if I wanted to substitute it but I didn’t want to fight it. I mentioned the price and how much there was supposed to be in there and he just said there wasn’t enough. He ended up putting the rest of the strawberry chia pudding in but it still wasn’t much more. I’ll come here again but I really didn’t like how he treated me as a customer especially thinking that I wouldn’t bat an eye at the price and amount of chia pudding 😓
