Nekter Juice Bar - Claremont

I paid extra for peanut butter inside my bowl and I ordered a peanut butter bowl. However there was no peanut butter in my bowl. I tasted zero peanut butter

The girls were very kind and fixed the issue right away. The 4 wasn't from their customer service but rather, this is the 3rd time I have come and ordered something and they did not know how to make it. Maybe some training or something that tells them what goes into each thing would be helpful? Again, They were great its just the lack of information given to them about recipes of things that makes it difficult.

Staff is always amazing and my smoothie is prepared awesomely and it’s always delicious.

Overall a nice experience ordering and picking up, order was even completed early. However i paid extra for chia seeds in my bowl and there was none. Which makes me question if what i paid extra for in my smoothie is really in there or not. I am weary of paying extra for add ons with no real transparency on if things are actually included.

I got to the location first thing in the morning. They were still setting up for morning service. The young lady was polite and helpful. She made my the items, packaged them for take out with care making sure I had all of the accoutrements. All with a warm smile 😃

Friendly staff. Even while they were obviously very busy they were friendly, helpful and attentive.

Preface, I usually go to Nekter in Canyon Crest, Riverside. I was inspired to juice regularly because I enjoyed the juices at Nekter. However, lately since I haven't had time to juice as often I stop by nekter in Claremont for my toxin flush or geenie. The juices that I have ordered online have been the opposite of what I have ordered. This has happened a few times. Not sure what's going on with this location. Never had any issues at Nekter in Canyon Crest.

Just needs some improvement with customer greeting & interaction.

First of all the juice is amazing. Overall experience was great.
