Messy place. I went there last weekend to pick up a cleanser order I was told was ready. There was food on the floor. one of the workers almost fell because of all the food on the floor. I was greeted with "sorry we aren't taking anymore orders today" this was at 3:30pm on a Saturday. I told them I was there for the order I called earlier to confirm was ready. They said to come back the following day. Went back and again, a mess. I got my cleansers though, hence the 1 star. I will not be returning to the Claremont location.
Cool spot,so calm.loved the wooden trunk like wide seats.girls are uber friendly.modified my smoothie even though it was not on their menu.it's a bit chili in there so wear a jacket,then again I'm always cold.will b returning again,so many superfoods.I love it
Unfortunately the staff was rushing and didn't get our orders correctly, and when I told her, she had given us wrong bowl, she proceeded to give us horrible customer service,since she was rushing the floor is dirty with daily operation of items. And instead of allowing us to buy the incorrect bowl,she tossed away wasting product. It's unfortunate that the location has horrible customer service and it's so dirty, I would rather go to my regular San Dimas location.
I was curious to check out this new place but I walked in and waited about five minutes ( I was the only one in the shop ) the workers completely ignored me, they couldn't even say hi and just pretended I was invisible. Not impressed I'll just go to Jamba where they're friendly.
