Smoothies are good but you'll wait like 20+ minutes every time. They only have one employee. Don't go if you don't have a lot of time to kill. If you don't believe me, check the reviews from other customers. They've been intentionally understaffed for years.

Amazing smoothies and great customer service

Has my favorite juices I like bad they don’t add extra sugar it’s all natural they simply use fruits massive sugar-based love their smoothies. I try at least go one or two times a week for the detox. Definitely helps my immune system especially coming up in the colder season fast service great people they always have a smile on their face. Love this location.

First time to this location. Ordered exact smoothie yesterday at Beaumont location and it was wildly different. It was chunky blended (meaning not very blended) and was thin as water. I asked the employee to re-blend with ice to give it a better texture. She then proceeded with ice for the quickest blend ever and it was a bit thicker but was now with ice chunks. It was fine. Really just want to give constructive feedback to help with training for employees to understand flavored milk is not a smoothie. Consistency is everything. Have a great day!

I am very disappointed! I've give so many chances to this Nekter and wasted a lot of my earned money during lunch and on my weekends to receive poor customer service and poorly made smoothies! Today, I made an online app order at the Nekter Claremont location and as usual greeted without any manners! The young petite women at the front counter looks miserable and poorly trained. Why don't they learn to say hello 1st and love their job? They always look like they are sucking on fresh squeezed lemons. Who is the manager or owner of this place? Like I mentioned, I'm a regular and frequent customer. I leave unsatisfied with customer service all the time. This generation has not learned the basic etiquettes of customer service. The staff should take some consideration towards being familiar and friendly enough too acknowledge our time and money! To add on, the only person or staff in this shop that has been nice and I was greeted with good customer service in the past occasions was a tall young gentlemen. I don't know his name. However, I do appreciate his service. Bottom of this, I ordered 2 smoothies and 2 protein waffles. The 1st smoothie has a odd taste of TOO MUCH protein. It tasted all the powder of the protein. To not mention, I was not able too eat all day an actual meal because of how full I was LOL. I'm not coming here again. 1st and foremost, the repeated lack of customer services and poorly made drinks.

The experience I didn't like was the fact that I had a free small smoothie and the process of ordering it through the app was horrendous. The app was updated and is more difficult to use.

I ordered my smoothie and ginger shot at 12:54, it was supposed to be ready at 1:09. I didn’t receive my order until 1:56. The person working is working so hard but is the only person working. I think more people should be staffed at this location. It is unacceptable to wait over an hour from the time the order was put in to get the food. The service was great - the person working was friendly and helpful, but I do not think they should be working alone at this location.

Nekter has always been an amazing source of delicious and nutritive smoothies. This location is always incredible to me and customer service is awesome!

Good experience but nothing spectacular. Also feel like the smoothies are on the pricier side.

Staff is always amazing and my smoothie is prepared awesomely and it’s always delicious.

Overall a nice experience ordering and picking up, order was even completed early. However i paid extra for chia seeds in my bowl and there was none. Which makes me question if what i paid extra for in my smoothie is really in there or not. I am weary of paying extra for add ons with no real transparency on if things are actually included.
