Smoothies are good but you'll wait like 20+ minutes every time. They only have one employee. Don't go if you don't have a lot of time to kill.
If you don't believe me, check the reviews from other customers. They've been intentionally understaffed for years.
The mobile ordering makes super convenient when you’re short on time and I like that the storefront is in the cool neighbor.

Today it was great. Who ever was there did a fantastic job like most of your team does. However, the reason for the 7/10 is because there is one lady in particular who does not put in an effort to make our drinks right and it’s been this way for over a year. Sometimes we get the sense that she does not like us or working there in general. If you can get her to perform better I think you would have more customers because we avoid going if we see her there and I’m sure others do too. She has tattoos and long lashes. She does not need to be fired, she needs to be held accountable and have the discipline to make drinks/bowls correctly.

great. a gentleman was working by himself and staying busy by cleaning up the front area. he warmly greeted me and got my pick up order as soon as i asked. everytime i go to this location, its quick and easy.

Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The employee Emma had a poor attitude from the start, everytime I come into this location she makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience
A positive attitude and basic courtesy go a long way and unfortunately neither was shown during my visit. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the level of service provided.
Girl, if you hate your job quit and stay home.
I was very disappointed with my experience. Emma, the employee I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve a simple issue. (Same girl there is horrible reviews about).
I come here 3-4 times a week and for the first time my $10 drink did not taste right.
I asked her if she can remake it but instead I felt brushed off and treated with a lack of respect.
Good customer service is about finding solutions and treating customers with courtesy, even when challenges arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Emma.
I hope management addresses these concerns and provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated better.
How is management okay with all these bad reviews about her - seems like she is bad for your business. I will definitely not be coming back only because of her.
Overall the service was good. One of the orders (we had 5) was poorly executed. We paid extra for mangoes but they gave us apples and they added cocoa nibs, which was an allergen to the person so we had to swap with another person in out group. Perhaps we were given someone else's bowl?? It was a bit of a let down but we work local so we still will probably order again.
