Today it was great. Who ever was there did a fantastic job like most of your team does. However, the reason for the 7/10 is because there is one lady in particular who does not put in an effort to make our drinks right and it’s been this way for over a year. Sometimes we get the sense that she does not like us or working there in general. If you can get her to perform better I think you would have more customers because we avoid going if we see her there and I’m sure others do too. She has tattoos and long lashes. She does not need to be fired, she needs to be held accountable and have the discipline to make drinks/bowls correctly.

Overall the service was good. One of the orders (we had 5) was poorly executed. We paid extra for mangoes but they gave us apples and they added cocoa nibs, which was an allergen to the person so we had to swap with another person in out group. Perhaps we were given someone else's bowl?? It was a bit of a let down but we work local so we still will probably order again.

Speed of service was good I understand they were almost closing but the SI bowl was very watery not very flavorful and the fruit on top was nonexistent

this review is for whoever the owner of this location is. it is absolutely not okay to only have 1 person working and running your entire establishment, especially when you also accept online orders. I waited 45 minutes for my order and it is not the employees fault when they are stuck fulfilling all these orders and also supposed to take orders/answer questions and it is not fair to the customers who are paying to keep your business running. if you can't afford to pay more employees maybe you shouldn't be open. I've had great bowls here before but today it was subpar because your employee is stressed out trying to get orders out as fast as possible. as someone who works in the packing house as well, I will definitely not be back and it makes me sad because I want to support my neighbors but I think you lack respect for your employees and lack respect for your customers. I hope your employees quit and find better jobs that are run by someone competent.

I paid extra for peanut butter inside my bowl and I ordered a peanut butter bowl. However there was no peanut butter in my bowl. I tasted zero peanut butter

Overall a nice experience ordering and picking up, order was even completed early. However i paid extra for chia seeds in my bowl and there was none. Which makes me question if what i paid extra for in my smoothie is really in there or not. I am weary of paying extra for add ons with no real transparency on if things are actually included.

Although the bowl is good, I feel that’s the portions are extremely small for the price. Also I felt although I paid to add PB there was very little in the bowl which is why I’m not likely to recommend it to anyone
