I loved that my order was complete before I got there. They made my order as soon as I ordered it online. Very efficient with order time. With that being said. My bowl seemed like the portions were less than it normally has when I order the same thing in other Nekter juice bars. The price was definitely not worth the amount of serving my bowl came with.

the experience is always great and the people are always great, my office manager gets me a bowl multiple times per week. However, occasionally i order online on the weekend and it is not ready when i arrive and there is no one else in the store? The only real issue i have is that apx 50% of the time, the bowl is "half" full and when I inquired about this some time ago, I was shown the "mix line" on the bowl in an example on the wall, but I add several extra items making this a very expensive bowl, and reasonably assume these items would be in addition to and therefore, would be a full bowl, so to receive a half full bowl is disappointing and makes it not worth the money nor sufficient substantively to have for lunch.

Only issue was the dates in my bowl were not blended. So I had chewy bits in my acai bowl. Other than that, all good.

Quality isn't consistent. I've ordered the same bowl before but today my bowl was way too sweet. I couldn't eat it.

Most important: there is no chia pudding as an option for the app in this store. I know it exists because I have ordered online at other stores and I always add it to my bowl. I also noticed that you have it in the store. It's yummy--might want to fix that in the app. Experience in the store was fine, and it is a gorgeous space. BUT perhaps the person working could ask the if anyone has a phone order to speed the line, rather than assuming we were all placing an order. 2 of us were just picking up. Also, she didn't notice my customization -- no strawberries. That's OK, not a biggie, but thought I would mention it.

The bowls were not filled properly to the fill line and had minimal toppings.

i always love coming here & although the workers always make my order very fast whether it’s a smoothie or a bowl i wish some of them would be a little more friendly but besides that everything is great.

Its just hit or miss at this location - not consistent . I feel they are always under staffed and they feel the pressure… so customers feel it too. I don’t blame staff… its the owner/managers need to beef up during busy times. The product is great but consistency would promote a better reputation. The staff is nice but when its busy and they dont have enough help its all over their face- sad. I recently waited over 30 minutes for 1 bowl

I think the girl was new because she seemed to be struggling. But my peanut butter bowl had a lot of hard pieces in it. I was scared to break my teeth and it just didn't seem like it was made correctly.

I was disappointed because I ordered and paid for a bowl with almond butter, chia seeds and pea protein. The bowl did not have almond butter or chia seeds. I'm not sure whether the pea protein was included but doubt it was since the other 2 were missed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize what was missing until I left then didn't have time to return.

My banana berry bowl has no bananas and doesn’t taste like there’s extra agave or peanut butter inside it either…. Don’t bother if you’re going to give me free peanut butter on my next order that’s not enough. How do you call it banana berry and forget the banana?!?!

I am a very regular, repeat customer and was very disappointed with the bowl i received. It was not even 1/2 way filled with the base and toppings. This has happened several times but if I am paying $17 a bowl I would expect it to be full. Appreciate your attention on this matter. Thanks

Tasty protein smoothies and acai bowls. I love their oatmeal options too but apparently, it's limited time only.

The bowls were missing granola from both of them.
