Hi Sydney This time everything was great and it’s usually the case. I do want to share that I almost didnt order based on my previous in store visit. On my previous visit I ordered 3 bowls. Two of the bowls were great but 1 was ridiculously small. I asked the gal why the difference and she said that because I ordered extra granola she gave me more granola and less acai. I was so annoyed but in a hurry I left. I do have a picture if there is somewhere I can send it to you. When I pay $10 for a bowl and $1 for extra granola, I expect a $10 bowl and a side of $1 granola. Had I not been in a hurry that day I would’ve asked her to make a new bowl. This was the only time service fell short in all of my visits but her logic and lack of response to the concern after acknowledging the difference almost deterred me from ordering from Claremont again.

I get Nektar a lot from various locations. My two bowls were half full. This is unacceptable .

Had to order through mobile app and wait was about 20 minutes for a bowl and smoothie.

I ordered a bowl and it had about 3 pieces of diced apple and 4 pieces of sliced strawberries. Very frugal for the price…

It was fine, they didn’t have the drink I ordered but subbed it out with another. The tea was tasty and the dragonfruit bowl was delicious. The location was very pretty and the store was clean.

The frozen fruits weren't blended thoroughly and I had a big chunk of frozen banana in my almond bowl. Big enough to have seen it fall into the bowl from the blender. Please check next time.

Ordered 4 açaí bowls. All portions seemed very small compared to the normal açaí bowls. It was like she only made enough for two and tried to spread it out to fill 4. Then asked for a bag to carry all 4 and no bags. Also no spoons.

My last Protein Bowl was excellent. I came back a few days later to enjoy another. Sadly, this one was lacking in flavor and very skimpy on the toppings ( I even added coconut to my order for extra flavor). Fortunately, I happen to get 40% off my order that day…. So I didn’t waste to much $$.

Hi, this is the second time I order an acai bowl and it's ready passed the time it was promised. I'm usually not in a rush but today I was, had to wait an extra 7 minutes for my bowl (22 minutes from time ordered to time it was ready). I get it, it happens sometimes, just bummed that today I had to wait longer making me a little late for work. I'll watch my time on my end, if you can watch yours too maybe things will work out.

This place is the worse! There was one person working i waited 20 minutes for one bowl and when i said something the employee was rude and did nothing but offer me a refund. I understand she was alone but i feel like my order should have been done before stopping to take 5 other orders and keep me waiting.

Order pick really easy and smoothie and bowl very good - thank you.

One person was making the smoothies and bowls. The same one person was taking orders. During the time of day when people are heading to work, it should be more than one person.

Bowl was put in bag and was ready when I got there. Thanks.
