One person was making the smoothies and bowls. The same one person was taking orders. During the time of day when people are heading to work, it should be more than one person.

Unfortunately I did not have a good customer experience on this day. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived there were two employees working. One was busy making an order and another was stocking the front merchandise fridge. I was greeted by the one at the blender who told me she would help me in a couple minutes. As someone who has worked in retail and customer service I expect the person who is stocking to step away and assist me, at least ask if I was placing an order or picking up. Since all they needed to ask me was if I had a mobile order which would have taken two seconds to grab from the fridge I was annoyed that I was not helped by the other employee. It wasn't until after 4 minutes another group of customers walked in that the girl stocking looked up and greeted them, stepped behind the register and asked if they were ordering or picking up. It was then that I interrupted and told her I was picking up. She gladly retrieved my order and I left. I will not be returning to this location due to lack of prompt assistance.

I’ve experienced several times delays in my order and a bit disorganized. I either from the San Dimas location or Claremont. Don’t experience issues in San Dimas. Staff in. Claremont is friendly but the training seems to be less efficient.
