Nekter Juice Bar - Claremont

I love Nekter! I bought my drink this morning at this location in Claremont and they had 1 girl working. There was 4 customer plus 2 uber eats orders. She seemed very overwhelmed. She would make the drinks at set them in the counter not say what they were. We were all confused as to whose drinks they were. She was unpleasant and seem to not want to be there. I will never go back to this location, I wanted over 20 minuets for my green drink. Unacceptable

Overall okay. The girl appeared to be by herself doing 5 orders (I saw 5 tickets) and barely started working on my online order which I placed well in advance. I came at the time the order should have been completed. Again she appeared to be by herself so it's not her fault my order wasn't ready. She herself was very nice, and my drink was great. The time it took to get my order was the issue. The store should have at least 2 people working the front, for quicker service as well as safety, even if it is Claremont.

Great product but the ginger was so forward today that it was all I tasted. I honestly had to toss it out. It was too much. Love you guys. But too much ginger. I’ll have to remember for next time. Brought a friend. He likes his better but ordered something different.

This is the FIRST time I have walked into this location and the employee was actually happy I walked in. The other girl you had before, every time I walked in would gasp, "Ugh" when I walked in. This girl is completely different, so friendly. It was a nice change.

I ordered my smoothie and ginger shot at 12:54, it was supposed to be ready at 1:09. I didn’t receive my order until 1:56. The person working is working so hard but is the only person working. I think more people should be staffed at this location. It is unacceptable to wait over an hour from the time the order was put in to get the food. The service was great - the person working was friendly and helpful, but I do not think they should be working alone at this location.

Took 30 min after pick up time.

The order took about 40minutes to fulfill and only ordered 2 drinks. The employee needed help.

I ordered the toxic flash. But I didn't even taste anything accept for the apples. Wasn't too thrilled because I didn't want to pay over eight dollars for apple juice. Next time I'll add extra ginger.

Friendly, quick and delicious!

Placed online order, arrived at stated time. Order not ready, at minimum 20 min additional wait. Weather change requires more staff. Great staff & service provided even though delivery time delayed.

It was great! I ordered on the app and walked in, picked up my drink, easy and delicious!
