The employee handed me the wrong smoothie order. After explaining the issue I saw her go to the back and "remake" my order by some more ingredients into the original incorrect smoothie. Then blend it and hand it back to me. I noticed several other customers had issues with their orders as well.

Everything was pretty quick and efficient. This site didn’t have Pitaya for one of the bowls, but they substituted açaí instead.

Things are not running smoothly at this location. Order times always behind. Last time I was there, I could not wait any longer for my drink and they gave me a credit. Today, I ordered online and did not have the credit since it was something in store. While I was waiting for my order, I asked the cashier to give me a gift card for the credit I had but he had no record of it and said "how do I know you're telling me the truth?" (who happens to also work at your corporate headquarters) intervened and helped me while I waited for my order. I was really glad he was there and hope maybe he can give insight on what would make things easier for your staff and the customers. I know it is a really hard time to find and retain employees and also get supplies so I am going to try my best to be kind and patient.

The online order took longer than the customers arriving after my scheduled pickup. The kids working are very unorganized and didn’t know which drink was mine, as I laid extra for additional dates.

I find Nekter frustrating in that when I arrive, I rarely get greeted and can wait for 5-10 mins before anyone even says “hi, are you waiting for a mobile order?”. I’m not there to sit around and clearly I’m there because I ordered a drink.
My latest order tasted good but was about 80% full and I just didn’t have the time or energy to ask for it to be remade so I left.
While I like Nekter, it makes me think I’m better off making my own at home at a fraction of the cost and really moved Nekter into the “once in a while when I really need the convenience” category.

It was okay; we ordered online and when I went to pick up the employee said a name that wasn't mine, then she just walked back to a blender - she didn't ask me my name. It took a few minutes, but another employee came up, asked me my name and gave me our pre-ordered drinks from the fridge.
