I have been here for 15 minutes now and I still haven’t gotten my bowl. The app said it’s would be ready at 4:07 and it’s 4:25. This happens all the time. Why.

The team there was great but it seems that they are short staffed. The girls were working fast, helping each other out but one person to help take orders or hand out orders would be great. The girls were extremely friendly and gave great customer service.

app order, but received a small when I ordered a medium, upon my arrival for pick up, so lady had to re do one of the orders. she grabbed a left over cup with something inside and dumped it into a blender along with the small smoothie from my order. added some juice and ice and blended. not sure what version of the drink I received. and drink ultimately had a large chunk of ice cube inside.
also the two cups I ordered were dripping with smoothie along the sides. she did not wipe it down for me. so I had to grab my own napkins to wipe the drinks down so that my hands aren't a mess, and so that this spillage doesn't get my car all sticky.

Slightly out of my way but worth it to avoid the quail hill location. I don’t know what wrong with that one but they always got issues

The door was locked, the staff appeared frantic and confused, and they did not call my name for the order. I had to go up to the counter several times.
