I love nekter and go to this and various locations all the time. Today, store was very busy long order line and one person waiting for pickup order and I got behind her in line employee checked on person in front of me then left and didn’t come back to ask me for my pickup name. I stood waited for 10 minutes before finally asking someone my order name and by that time several people had joined behind me and asked for their orders. Employee stated they were working on them and brought my order. Not sure how long my order was ready for as the contents had separated by the time I received them. The entire time I was there not a single order was called and not a single employee came to check on the long pickup order line that had formed behind me. While it’s understandable the employees may have been overwhelmed; there were 4 employees and one of them should be assigned to periodically check on the pickup order line and call out the orders as they are ready. This isn’t my first poor experience at this location and every time it’s about the same experience when busy- overall I think the customer service needs improvement and organization, though once drinks are received they are amazing

We arrived a few minutes early for a mobile order. There were several people waiting to order the whole time we were there. Cashier often makes orders which causes mobile pickups to be delayed as no one is upfront to keep people moving in and out. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to become available to ask for our order name. After that, our drinks were quickly made, though they seemed a bit rushed as they weren’t as well blended as we normally see with a few chunks at the bottom.

This location was just okay. I feel they are under staffed. I placed my online order and walked it at the scheduled pick up time. However, they had to go to the register and find my order and start it when I got there. They had no idea my order was placed. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

One time we showed up and the location was closed an hour before it was supposed to. Another time, the wait time was nearly 25 minutes for an açaí bowl and we were nearly late for our second soccer game. I’ve been to several locations and this location seems to struggle to keep up with customer volume.
