Took 30 min from when I placed the order to receive it.

I ordered online and still waited 15 minutes. I had to run back to work!! 6966

There were three workers and the wait time was excessive. The store seemed clean but understaffed.

Juices are great and staff is very nice but the speed is pretty slow. I placed an order 30 minutes in advance and showed up almost 10 minutes late from when my order would be ready and waited for 10 minutes after being late. I try to give a buffer so I don’t wait 15-20 for my drink when it would be ready but still ended up waiting. I don’t feel inclined to go as often due to the wait times even when I give a buffer knowing how long it’d take. I’ll feel more comfortable going more if the order was done at the time stated when placing mobile orders.

Was hard to get a call through, but when I did, they were very helpful when we had to cancel an order that went through thrice.

Great, the barista remade a smoothie for me after I wasn’t satisfied with the quality. Wish I would have gotten her name but she was very friendly and I was grateful for her kindness and customer service.

Hard to get the drinks I ordered on app.

I requested no ginger in my drink and it tastes like there is extra ginger! This is the second time this has happened at this location.

It was ok. Staff were struggle to keep up seems today.

Excellent customer service and my order was complete at the time estimated by the app.

When you do a mobile order and go to pick it up, there is no one who will talk to you. I have had to wait for 5-10 minutes before someone will acknowledge that I am waiting to give my name for a pick up. I believe you are understaffed.

Part of mobile order was missed. Waited a long time even though the order was scheduled.
